Children’s ministry workers from Port Moody Pacific Grace Church in B.C. stretched all the way up the coast to Prince Rupert last summer for a special Vacation Bible School (VBS) outreach. Sixteen of the 32 children who attended the events in Prince Rupert accepted Christ.

Fiona Wu, Pacific Grace children’s pastor, and her husband Wai Ho took four VBS workers on a short-term mission in their own province. The team blessed the community in Prince Rupert, says Cornerstone Church pastor Dick Knox, because a VBS was needed but not possible given their resources. Both Wu and Knox are hoping the outreach will happen again next summer.
