Family Life Network reaches 60 years

Previous | Next

Back in 1947 two Mennonite Brethren college students pioneered a radio program called “Gospel Light Hour” on CKY in Winnipeg. Sixty years later the same organization, now called Family Life Network, has Christian programs around the world in many languages. Its programs were credited with helping bring down the iron curtain during the Soviet era by keeping alive the faith of the underground church. Now its Arabic ministry is again at the front lines of social change, connecting to countries closed to the gospel.
