WBI students and teachers reunite

Previous | Next

A Winkler (Man.) Bible Institute reunion took place July 8, ten years after the closing of the school. Some 200 people attended the event, which included worship, humour, and reflection on the profound influence WBI had on personal lives, and in the work of the church and mission. The school was founded in 1925 by Dr. A.H. Unruh, who left in 1944 to start Mennonite Brethren Bible College (now part of Canadian Mennonite University). Those interested in possible future reunions may register through a contact form.
