Winkler (Man.) MB Church commissioned Terry Fehr Mar. 18 as associate pastor of youth and young adults. After graduating from Providence College with a BA, Terry served as ministry director at Youth for Christ, Carman, Man. Terry’s wife Meg is employed by Agassiz Credit Union in Morden.
Lorne Willms resigned as lead pastor of Coaldale (Alta.) MB Church, effective at the end of June. He plans to take a break from pastoral ministry.
In March, Dave Heinrichs began his ministry as senior pastor of Ridgeview Community Church, Calgary. He most recently served at Whyte Ridge Baptist Church, Winnipeg. Prior to 2003, he was associate pastor at Portage Avenue Church, Winnipeg. Dave and Colleen have 2 children, Kendra (5) and Mackenzie (3).
Transitions at Bethany College (Hepburn, Sask.)
Dave Pauls, director of advancement for the past 4 1/2 years, is shifting into a new role in campus renewal. In addition, he will continue to serve in alumni/constituency relations and fund development.
Rob Neufeld is stepping away from his role as director of finance and operations after 6 years and transitioning into a full-time role in fund development and donor relations.
Katherine Henshaw, missions director, is leaving after 2 years of service. Her future plans include marriage and a move to Manitoba.
George Dirks, librarian and faculty member, will retire in June after 42 years of service. The college is indebted to George for committing his entire career to training young adults to serve God. His future plans include spending time with his wife Thelma and enjoying extended visits with family.
