Youth ministry director resigns

Winnipeg, Man.

Previous | Next

Sherryl Koop, youth ministry director of the Canadian Conference of MB Churches has resigned from her position, effective February 1, 2006.

Sherryl has been involved in youth ministry in a variety of capacities for 25 years. During the past six years with the Canadian conference, she has worked to develop and mentor young leaders. She also directed the National Youth Convention, which brings youth from across Canada together for learning, service and recreation.

She has been innovative in her role and will be greatly missed. We wish her the very best as she seeks God’s direction in her future endeavours.

Cam Rowland, director of church health and communications
