Operation Rebuilding Lives teams needed in Thailand

Previous | Next

Fifty-nine people from 28 MB churches in the U.S. and Canada went to Thailand in January to March in the first phase of Operating Rebuilding Lives, initiated and directed by the MB Mission and Service International (MBMSI) missionaries in that country. They worked primarily in the construction of 10 houses and healthcare, building friendships and sharing Jesus.

In Phase II, April to August, five additional homes will be built on Kho Khao Island. Rather than building teams of people from a number of churches, MBMSI is requesting that teams of 5 to 10 people be assembled from a single church. The primary need is for those with construction experience who can do physical work while building relationships with Thai people, as well as one medical person and a pastor/counsellor. Contact MBMSI for more information.
