Summerbridge

Previous | Next

Summerbridge is a Canada-wide summer service program of Mennonite Central Committee that allows participants of diverse cultural backgrounds to work in their home communities. Churches that choose to take part select projects and recommend them to MCC and to people within their congregations. Goals are to strengthen relationships with home congregations, experience the fulfillment of Christian service, develop leadership skills and build new friendships. Summerbridge participants met in Winnipeg, June 26–29, to be formally introduced to the work of MCC and get to know one another.
