Schmidt to return to MB Biblical Seminary

Previous | Next

Henry Schmidt, immediate past president of MB Biblical Seminary, will be returning to the seminary staff in a donor development position, according to Jim Holm, Interim President. Schmidt resigned the seminary presidency in June 2003 after ten years of leading the institution. During Schmidt’s tenure, the seminary grew to a record enrollment and moved from one campus in Fresno, California, to three campuses in Canada and the US.

Holm noted, “I am delighted to report that Henry will be joining our staff on a half-time basis beginning November 1. He will be working with our network of donors and giving special attention to encouraging long-term gifts to the seminary. It is a privilege to welcome him back to the seminary.” Schmidt will begin November 1. His appointment is for one year. He can be reached by email.
