Mennonite Trust distributes profits

Waldheim, Sask.

Previous | Next

The Board of Mennonite Trust Ltd. of Waldheim, Sask., has announced that they are giving $1500 to each of the owning conferences in 2003. Although these distributions do not necessarily happen every year, Mennonite Trust acknowledges the support given to it by members of the owning conferences. The conferences are free to use these funds in whatever area they choose. In the past, the funds have been used for prison ministries, missions, church planting and scholarships. The conferences that own Mennonite Trust Ltd. are Mennonite Church Saskatchewan, Saskatchewan Conference of Mennonite Brethren Churches, and The Fellowship of Evangelical Bible Churches.
