Peace-It-Together 2003

Winnipeg, Man.

Previous | Next

Peace-It-Together is an annual youth conference put on by Canadian Mennonite University to encourage youth to engage what it means to be a peacemaker in our world. Begun by Canadian Mennonite Bible College (CMBC) some years ago, it is now part of the university’s offerings. Not yet well-known in the Mennonite Brethren world (only 8 MBs attended), it is well attended by Mennonite Church Canada youth. The event was engaging and thought-provoking. Keynote speaker Aiden Schlichting Enns, managing editor of Adbusters, workshops, panel discussions, worship times and social activities made it an amazing weekend.
