Abbotsford, B.C.

Ike and Shirley Bergen

Ike and Shirley Bergen

Ike Bergen, Conference Minister for the B.C. MB Conference, has announced that he will be retiring from this position effective at the end of September 2003. Ike, together with his wife Shirley, has been in this position since August 1994 and has served the Conference and churches well. He and Shirley have been encouragers and mentors to the pastors, and Ike has been a valuable resource to the churches. He will be missed.

The B.C. MB Conference Executive Board invites the constituency to be in prayer for Ike and Shirley as they make this transition to the next phase of their life and ministry. Pray also for the Executive Committee as they are in process of establishing a search committee to find the person that God will call to serve the Conference.
