The Paraguay Kinder Foundation is presenting a Low German comedy play, Welkaom op’e Forstei, about Mennonites drafted into forestry service in Russia. The play will be presented March 14–15 in Mennonite Educational Institute, Abbotsford, B.C. Admission is by donation; proceeds go to children’s charities. Paraguay Kinder Foundation

Armageddon: The Cosmic battle of the Ages, the 11th book in the Left Behind series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, will be released in April 2003, two months ahead of schedule. The publisher, Tyndale House, plans to spend $5 million marketing the series this year. Cloud Ten Pictures released Tribulation Force, the second video in its Left Behind series, on Oct. 29. Cloud Ten also plans to produce at least 13 episodes of a TV series, with broadcasting scheduled to begin in Canada early in 2003.
