The Board of Discipleship Ministries is working through the initial stages of organization and structuring of ministry. Part of this process involved assessing the needs in age-related ministries: Children, youth, adult. The Board is pleased to announce that Sharon Johnson has been appointed to the position of adult ministry director, Sherryl Koop to the position of youth ministry director and Bruce Elwood to the position of children’s ministry director.
Responsibilities for each of these ministries include:
- building and maintaining networks of ministry leaders
- identifying needs and finding resources to meet those needs
- developing and/or facilitating equipping events for ministry leaders.
