Editor’s notes

We continue to try to work through the implications of the changes that have been made to the MB Herald’s mandate. In this and some other issues this fall, this means that the Feature (teaching) section has been significantly curtailed. This is not intended to be a permanent characteristic of the new Herald, and we ask readers to be patient as we go through our transition.

In the meantime, this issue contains some additional columns (Viewpoints) – we have received a lot of good input from readers lately – and we are also publishing the annual reports from our Mennonite Brethren camps – which generally contain very good news.
