Picture
The British Columbia Mennonite Brethren Conference is pleased to announce that Marilyn Hiebert has been appointed to the position of conference administrator effective Oct. 1, 2001. She replaces John Wiebe.

Hiebert has a background in banking. She has served as bookkeeper in Central Heights MB Church in Abbotsford, B.C. and more recently as administrator/bookkeeper in Bakerview MB Church in Abbotsford. She has also served on the Canadian and B.C. MB Conference Boards of Management. Currently she serves as chair of the Canadian chapter of NACBA (National Association of Church Business Administrators).

Marilyn and her husband Rudy live in Abbotsford, B.C. and are members of Bakerview MB Church. They have two sons and one daughter: Kevin and Nubia in Coquitlam, B.C., Corey and Eileen in Kelowna, B.C. and Caria in Vancouver.

We believe her godliness and professionalism will make a positive contribution to Conference ministries.
