He is a coach for the Natural Church Development and is a facilitator for the Refocusing Churches Network. He is a graduate of MB Biblical Seminary in Fresno, Calif.

“Mark comes with a great deal of experience in church ministry seeing significant growth in the churches he has pastored,” stated Richard Martens, chair of the Ontario Conference Board of Faith and Life. “He also has a passion to help pastors reach their potential and be equipped for the challenges that come in ministry.”

Johnson is married to Sharon, executive director of Canadian MB Conference Board of Christian Education Ministries. The Johnsons have three children, Matt, 19, Heather, 17 and Chris, 15.
